  1. 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
  2. 2 sticks butter, room temperature
  3. 3 tsp. vanilla
  4. 3 lb. powdered sugar
  5. Melted white chocolate or almond bark for dipping
  1. Mix the ingredients together and knead. Form into small balls and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  2. Dip in melted chocolate. Place on waxed paper until set. You can store these in the in refrigerator or freezer.
