- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 3 lb. powdered sugar
- Melted white chocolate or almond bark for dipping
- Mix the ingredients together and knead. Form into small balls and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Dip in melted chocolate. Place on waxed paper until set. You can store these in the in refrigerator or freezer.
